It's a nuts and bolts, instructional-type ebook. I would say it's geared for the total website flipping beginner. After checking out your blog and reading your About Me page, I don't think Michelle's book would be the right fit for you. Cary's ebook is geared strictly for the person who wants to build content-rich (i.e. authority) AdSense sites. I'd bet that a lot of the SEO methods he outlines in his book you already know about so I'm not sure his book would be right for you either.
