Last year I listed a site for sale and after the sale I got approached by a number of investors who, whilst they missed out on my main sale, liked the quality that is a trademark of most sites I list for sale. A number of them asked if I had anything else available - and if not could I contact them when I do - and I actually ended up selling another site that I was "grooming" for sale simply because I got the right offer.
