Yup – that’s why I don’t do it on this site. I don’t want to get into the business of calling people scammers when they may or may not be. It’s just sounds like one big headache to me, but if Chris is willing to do it, I say go for it. That’s why I’m referring people to his website to file any complaints.

Aren’t there potential legal issues with calling someone a scammer when they might not be? But I guess if you can stay anonymous then this sounds liek a good way to drive down teh price of their site.

I’ll add to that recommendation of Chris’s site. Also, he actually offers his services free if you want a scam check done on a particular listing.

I thought about creating a “watch out for these website flipping scammers” section on my website but I decided against it. I really don’t want to get into the business of calling people out. There is just too much liability and headache. That’s why I’m referring my visitors to IDontGiveAScam.com. He does a good job of handling scammers:)
