Anyone uses particular theme for your wordpress sites that you designed for flipping? I came across the following theme which is very flexible but still open to look for other alternatives =)

To those just starting out flipping sites, you might be tempted to use some free themes that are out there.
A word of advice:
Free themes are usually set for a specific site. If you need to change things, or add plugins/widgets, you might run into compatability issues.

If you choose a free theme (there are some good ones at http://www.wpthemes360.com/), just make sure that you test it thoroughly and make sure nothing looks weird. First impressions are the last impression, and you want to make money . . . right?

Once you get a few sales under your belt, I would definitely invest in a theme like the one kctan mentioned, or even a developer bundle from ithemes.com ($200 - 500).
