Hi Travis, great post as usual.

The extent to which you go to build trust does depend on whether your core buyers already know you. Sometime ago spgazette reviewed one of my listings – to see what builds trust – and called it an exemplary something or the other (http://www.spgazette.com/an-exemplary-sale/), but the listing fell short of some of the points you mention.

Maybe next time I list can improve on it by adding a video, photo, real name etc.
